Who & what is Activities In Sweden?
Activities In Sweden is a registered company of Fagerudd AB, organisation no. 556375-5155. Fagerudd AB has been in operation since 1999. We offer a wide range of exciting activity breaks and conference venues in and around the Stockholm area.
Who operates the activity packages on offer?
Each activity supplier acts independently from Activities In Sweden. They however represent us, so we continually monitor and maintain a close relationship with them. They've been specially chosen for their product knowledge and high quality of services.
We respect your privacy, therefore we will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information or a list of our customers to third parties.
Is my activity package insured?
We are a fully bonded company. This means if any supplier we use should not be able to fulfill their duty or service for any reason, which then as a result affects your trip, a compensation claim can be made to reclaim any monies outstanding. We strongly advise all travellers to take out personal travel insurance. Available from this site click here.
How far in advance should I book?
It's recommended that you book at least 4-6 weeks in advance.
How does the booking process work?
Each package is given a price per person. This rate fluctuates depending on the season you book. There may be a number of package add-ons and upgrades and these will be made available to you during the booking process. The booking system will finally display a total amount for the package (amount not payable until booking confirmation is given). This amount may be subject to change (see booking info). Once the booking request details have been sent, you will receive an automated email stating that the booking has been received and is being processed. We aim to process your booking within one working day. Upon confirmation of availability, you will receive an email informing you of your packages details, confirmed availability and price. You will then be re-directed to our certified secure site for credit card payment. Alternatively, you make an electronic payment, our bank details can be found at the bottom of this page.
What is included in the price of the packages?
In the description of each package it clearly states what is and what is not included in the price. If you still have any queries, please contact us.

Why do I book my flights separately?
Due to the upsurge in low cost airlines and online booking systems, you the customer now have the opportunity to book airline fares a very competitive rates. Like never before you have the flexibility to fly from where and when you want. We believe this to be the way forward and therefore we have not included flights in our packages.
When should I book my flights?
All of our packages and accommodation are bookable in real time, so you can see the current availability. Once you receive a confirmation from us we advise you to book your flights as soon as possible.
Which airport in Stockholm can I fly to?
Each activity package displays which airports are within reach. Due to varying locations for each package, not all airports are suitable.
Are transfers from the airport included in the price?
In the majority of cases transfers have been included. This will be stated in the 'Price Includes' section. The mode of transport chosen for each airport takes into account speed, ease of use and availability: Arlanda- Express Train, Skavsta & Västerås- Bus. Private transport will be arranged for larger parties or upon request.
When will my credit card be charged?
You will receive an email informing you of your packages details, confirmed availability and price. At this point you will then be re-direct to a secure site for credit card payment. We accept Visa and Master Card.
How secure is it to give my credit card details out over the Internet?
During the payment process you'll be directed to a secure payment area. This area is controlled by Samport one of Scandinavia's leading payment providers. They're certified by banks and card acquirers to handle secure payment transactions - your guarantee that your payments are in the safest of hands.
Is it possible to cancel my package?
We understand that due to unseen circumstances clients from time to time must cancel their travel plans. In these special cases a cancellation must be received in writing and sent by either fax or email to the Activities In Sweden office to receive a full refund. However, late cancellation can result in compensation claims from hotels and other service partners. Please read 'booking terms & conditions' during your booking for more information.
When will I receive my documentation?
Once we have received confirmation and payment, we will send you documentation 1st class within 6 working days.
Is there someone I can talk to if there's a problem during my stay in Sweden?
